An Extraordinary Act of Grace
When we launched the For Generations to Come campaign, we said we believed this was a goal only God could make possible. We are overjoyed, and honestly a little awestruck, to report that He is doing exactly that.
To date, we have received pledges and donations totaling more than $18,500,000 toward our $27 million Phase 1 construction goal. Combined with the $10,000,000 already given to purchase the property, total pledges and donations have now reached $28,151,196 and counting. To put that into context: this represents more than five times our annual budget and, by God's grace, far surpasses typical results for a campaign this size. This number will also allow us to continue to move forward with the project.
This is not a testament to savvy strategy or favorable timing. It is a testament to a generous God and a faithful church family who believed His call was worth responding to sacrificially. And respond you did!
There is still meaningful ground to cover before we break ground, and we continue to invite everyone to prayerfully seek how the Lord might lead them to participate. Past generations made room for us, and we are now doing the same for generations to come. What a gift to be the church that gets to take this step together!
