After last week, over 1,200 members will have joined us for one of our Town Hall Gatherings, and we are overjoyed with the response from our church family so far.
Everyone is coming to these gatherings with different church backgrounds, opinions, and levels of excitement. Some of you wish we had embarked on this journey years ago. Some of you were initially nervous, but your hearts have changed as youβve learned more about our plans. And some of you still have some trepidation about where weβre headed. Regardless, everyone has shown up with incredible grace and a desire for unity, and we are so thankful for what God seems to be doing at Redeemer through this process.
At the end of this campaign, we hope to be moving towards breaking ground on our new home as soon as possible. Even more so, we hope everyone in our church family has been bent towards living lives of radical generosity with their time, talents, and treasures for generations to come.
Stepping Forward Together
This past Sunday was a significant moment in our church's life as we launched For Generations to Come. As we shared, this is our plan to raise $27 million to build a permanent home for Redeemer, a step that feels both humbling and full of hope. Joel reminded us that this is the largest step of faith weβve ever taken as a church, and we believe it will only be possible through Godβs provision and the collective faithfulness of our church family.

As we move forward together, we want to invite everyone who calls Redeemer home to prayerfully consider how the Lord might be leading you to participate. If youβre interested in learning more, asking questions, or simply seeking clarity, weβd love for you to join us at an upcoming Town Hall Gathering or one of our Vision Forums. These gatherings are a chance to hear more about the heart behind this vision, learn details about the project, ask questions, and spend time in prayer together as a church family.
If you havenβt yet, we encourage you to spend some time with our new film and booklet. They help connect the dots between where weβve been, where we are, and where we believe the Lord is leading us as we seek to serve our current church family and the generation of believers to come.
We are grateful for the ways our church continues to show up, lean in, and trust the Lord alongside us. We truly believe these are meaningful days for our church, and weβre expectant for all that God will do in and through our Redeemer family in the weeks, months, and years ahead.
A Morning of Prayer
Last Saturday, around 150 individuals from our church family spent the morning cleaning up our new property (and maybe a few of them picked up some poison ivy along the way).
Last week, our church family gathered for a Prayer Breakfast at the new property, a meaningful step as we move closer to a permanent home. Over two mornings, members of our congregation came together to pray, worship, and seek the Lord for what is ahead. As we stood on the property, with the outlines of future buildings staked into the ground, it was a tangible reminder of both how far God has brought us and how much we still trust Him for in the days to come.
Together, we prayed for wisdom, provision, and unity as we look toward the future. We asked the Lord to guide every decision, to provide for every need, and to use this space for His glory and the good of our city for generations to come. While this property represents an exciting new chapter, the heart behind it remains the same: to be a people rooted in prayer, dependent on the Lord, and committed to His mission.
We are grateful for everyone who joined us for these mornings. As we prepare to share more about the vision for this space and what is next, we are reminded that it all begins with prayer, and we are expectant for how God will continue to lead us.
